This cross-border project was coordinated by Barrett working with twenty women from North and South of the border and from various religious backgrounds. It was part of an event organized by the Family Resource Centre, (Inchicore), the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and the Old Museum Arts Centre, (Belfast).

Barrett facilitated women in Dublin and Belfast to exchange their messages of solidarity and to share their optimism about the recent ceasefire and their hope for peace in Northern Ireland. The women communicated with each other by faxing visual (instant photography) and written material (letters) to each other over the course of the project. The project also took several forms of dissemination to the wider public, including a temporary exhibition of photographic documentation in the Artist Work Programme Studio (Irish Museum of Modern Art).
