The Ulster Crucifixion
© By Ken Howard
A triptych with a predella. A child hanging from a lamppost by both hands as if crucified. He is surrounded by graffiti of the time both Catholic and Protestant.
Ken Howard, like many other artists, works with the suggestion of crucifixion, to imply that we were sacrificing our children to maintain conflict.
